Upon arrival, check the efficiency of the house and notify us of any anomaly or lack of it within and no later than 24 hours. Do not wait for the day of departure to inform us.
It is strictly forbidden to copy the keys: violation of domicile, in the absence of authorization, constitutes a serious criminal offense punished by law. In the event of loss of keys, a € 20.00 reimbursement is provided for the damage caused.
It is forbidden to stay in the house in a number of people other than the one agreed. It is forbidden to let extraneous persons enter without having previously informed the manager and having received express consent. The house is suitable for children, whose safety and security at any time, such as behavior, remains totally under the responsibility of the parents.
The house is delivered clean and functioning. The guest will have to provide for the daily clean-up and will be responsible for his maintenance; for this reason, it is forbidden to move the furniture from their position. For waste and recycling the appropriate containers will be used, while organic waste will be returned to the compost bin placed behind the aviary.
At the time of check-out, the guest will be obliged to leave the house in acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning of the bathroom, the kitchen and the dishes which must be returned clean and tidy, under penalty of € 30.00. On request, midweek cleaning is possible for a fee.
It is absolutely forbidden to bring the laundry outside the house.
Cream and suntan oil, make-up and dyes can permanently stain bed linen, sheets and towels. Therefore, please pay attention when using these products. If, despite all efforts, the stains are not removed, a fee will be charged to replace the linen.
We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects owned by guests left at home, or for any accidents, theft, personal injury or property damage only because they occurred inside the property.
Information and tourist brochures as well as a small library are available to guests in the house.
These regulations are effective immediately. Failure to comply with even one of the rules described above will result in the withdrawal of the reservation and removal from the guest house, with the loss of the amount already paid.
Security deposit: if you break something, you can be charged up to € 150.00
